How is the device activated?
Re: The system supports flexible activation methods, including wired panic buttons, RF remote controls, mobile app commands (Tuya/Smart Life), and automated triggers via Al facial recognition or existing alarm hosts.
How long does the smoke remain in the room?
Re: Once deployed, the dense fog remains effective for 30 to 45 minutes, providing ample time for law enforcement or security teams to arrive.
Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

Is the FS-C100 suitable for homes?

Can the FS-C100 connect to an existing alarm system?
The series is designed for integration with a compatible wired alarm system. The alarm panel output and wiring configuration should be confirmed before installation.

The FS-C100T is the app-control version listed for Tuya Smart Life app integration. Please confirm the latest app functions and regional availability with our sales team.
Which model includes battery?
The FS-C100BZ and FS-C100BR models are listed with battery powered. FS-C100BR additionally includes remote control.
What cartridge does the FS-C100 use?
The FS-C100 Series is designed to use compatible FS-C1 Series replacement smoke cartridges, including the FS-C1 and FS-C1F versions.
Can I use the FS-C100 outdoors?
The standard product positioning is for indoor fixed installation. Outdoor use should only be considered after confirming the enclosure, environmental conditions, power supply, and installation requirements with our technical team.
Does the product replace an alarm system?
No. The FS-C100 is an active security fog device designed to work with a compatible alarm system. It should be used as part of a complete security solution rather than as a replacement for intrusion detection.
What is the maximum protection volume of the FS-P600R?
The FS-P600R can provide protection for areas of up to 600 m³, depending on room layout, site conditions, installation configuration, and selected smoke output mode.
Can the FS-P600R connect to an existing alarm system?
Yes. The system supports a wired dry-contact trigger signal for connection with compatible alarm panels and security systems.
How many smoke output levels are available?
The FS-P600R provides three adjustable output modes for different protection volumes and project requirements.
Does the FS-P600R include a siren?
Yes. The system includes a 120 dB siren for audible warning and intrusion deterrence.

Does the system require special maintenance?
The FS-P600R is designed for easy installation and routine operation without special daily maintenance. Periodic system checks and replacement of the smoke cartridge after activation may be required.
Can the FS-P600R be customized?
Verinuo supports selected OEM/ODM and project-specific requirements, including enclosure, wiring, control functions, packaging, and system integration, subject to technical evaluation.
How many cameras are included in the FS-H300?
The system includes three pcs 2MP camera modules that support simultaneous image capture, video recording, and live monitoring.
How do the radar and cameras work together?
The radar modules provide live human-body detection and assist the camera-based human recognition algorithm. This combined approach helps improve the accuracy of intrusion monitoring.
Can I view all three cameras through the app?
Yes. The Tuya App supports three-channel live video. A single camera view can also be enlarged for closer inspection.
Can the system automatically trigger the alarm?
Yes. In armed mode, the system can automatically trigger the configured alarm response when radar and cameras detect an unauthorized person entering the monitored area.
Can I verify the event before activating the alarm?
Yes. In disarmed mode, the system sends an intrusion notification to the Tuya App. The user can view the live video and manually activate the alarm if an unauthorized intrusion is confirmed.
What happens when the alarm is activated?
Depending on the configured alarm logic, the system can release security fog, activate the 120 dB siren, and flash the high-brightness LED lights.
Does the FS-H300 support two-way communication?
Yes. The built-in microphone and speaker support remote video and two-way audio communication through the Tuya App.
Can the system connect to the internet through a network cable?
Yes. The FS-H300 supports RJ45 Ethernet as well as dual-band 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz WiFi.
Does it support backup power?
Yes. The system supports two 21700 batteries connected in series for charging and discharge functions.
